Financial Empowerment Program

The Financial Empowerment Program supports individuals on their path to financial freedom by offering scholarships for a six-month, results-driven course that teaches practical money-management skills and promotes long-term financial stability.

Financial Empowerment Program

Participants will engage in a 6-month course covering key financial topics, including:


  • Money mindset and financial
    behaviors

  • Budgeting and saving strategies

  • Debt management

  • Credit building and improvement

  • Insurance and financial protection

  • Estate planning
 

Commitment and Accountability

To encourage commitment and accountability, the program uses a shared investment model in which the total cost is $30 per participant per month, with the scholarship covering $20 and the participant contributing $10.

 

Incentive & Savings Component

Participants who successfully complete the full six-month program will receive a refund of their $60 total contribution, along with an additional $140 deposited into their savings account, for a total benefit of $200.

 

Participant Support

To ensure success, participants will receive ongoing support, including access to dedicated financial coaches, regular check-ins both virtually and in person, and guidance on applying course concepts to real-life financial situations.
